MC09 Front View

The MC09 blends vintage tactile joy with modern digital intelligence. Its deliberate ergonomic workflow, 2.8" IPS Touchscreen, premium illuminated transport buttons, and 35×35mm square VU Meters are exactly where your hands and eyes expect them.

This hybrid approach lets you perform blind, tactile deck selection via the weighted knob and physical transport buttons, while the responsive touchscreen handles deep configuration, multi-deck grouping, and Precision Tone Generator control for your entire studio.

Key Features

HD-15 MasterLink™ Ports

Say goodbye to fragile IR blasters and messy remote cables. Nine dedicated HD-15 MasterLink wired ports, plus custom wireless and wired serial Pods for every deck. It's universal compatibility, re-engineered for the modern studio.

MasterLink Wireless Pods

Up to 9× coin-cell powered wireless pods (25mm diameter, nRF24L01+ 2.4GHz) stick directly to your deck's IR receiver. 12-24 month battery life, managed via the MC09 touchscreen.

Precision Tone Generator

Studio-grade tape alignment without external gear. The built-in PCM5102A I2S DAC generates switchable sine waves (100Hz, 400Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, 15kHz) output. Auto-shutoff after 5 minutes for safety.

PoE++ Dual LAN Networking

Eliminate power bricks and cable clutter. Dual PoE++ ports (IEEE 802.3bt, 60-90W) with data pass-through. Daisy-chain your units for an incredibly clean, professional rack setup.

True Analog VU Meters

Experience the visual warmth of vintage audio. Two 35×35mm square moving-coil meters (1mA FSD, IEC scale) bring your digital telemetry to life with buttery, software-defined analog ballistics.

2.8" Capacitive Touchscreen

Modern control without losing the analog soul. An intuitive, glass-protected touch UI handles complex tasks like macro editing, session management, wireless pod pairing, and Tone Generator control.

Bespoke Tactile Controls

Feel the difference of bespoke hardware. Interact with a vertical lever for operation selection, a weighted rotary knob and 6× premium illuminated transport buttons.

Calibration

Studio-Grade Tone Generation

MC09 Calibration Mode

The MC09's built-in Precision Tone Generator transforms it into a complete tape alignment station. Select your frequency, and calibrate azimuth, bias, and level — all without external test gear.

The Calibration Workflow

01

Connect to the TS09 Unit or use the Dedicated in/outs

For example, Select your Technics RS-1500 on Port 02.

02

Select Frequency on Touchscreen

Open the Tone Generator screen on the MC09's 2.8" touchscreen. Choose from 5 switchable sine wave frequencies: 100Hz, 400Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, or 15kHz. Adjust output level from -20dB to 0dB using the on-screen slider.

03

Calibrate with Precision

Press "START TONE" — the PCM5102A I2S DAC generates a low-distortion sine wave. Watch your deck's VU meters (or the MC09's analog needles via TS09 telemetry) to set perfect azimuth and bias. The tone auto-shuts off after 5 minutes for safety.
